Heart Circle’s Peace Work vision involves wide dissemination of skills for facilitating engaging and highly transformative community-building events, and joining with zealous others to expand its reach globally.  Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP), on which the process is based, has, since it’s inception in 1975, trained thousands of facilitators in prisons, schools and communities… making inroads into 65 countries!

AVP invites alliances with “adaptations” like Peace Work.

Peace Work’s registered trademark is intended for sharing, particularly with trained AVP facilitators returning from prisons and “peer supporters,” (folks diagnosed with psychiatric or substance use challenges supporting others in healing from same); co-creating means to keep our offerings integrity rich and elegant!
